I have wasted my fare share of money on faulty claims made by those in the weight loss industry, so if this is you too I can definitely feel your pain.

With that being said Fat Loss For Idiots goal is to offer a quick, simple and effective method to help you lose weight. In addition they also claim that you will lose 9 pounds in 11 days. On of the main benefits of this diet is that unlike other diets you do not have to count calories, carbohydrates or practically starve yourself to lose weight. In addition you do not have to spend long grueling hours in the gym with this diet.

However, I do recommend that you take brisk walks to help you lose weight faster or whatever you feel comfortable with. I started out walking around my block, but now I have gained enough energy to do a few laps around the track.

The first being The Diet Handbook and the second is the Online Diet Generator. You can definitely lose weight with this program but how much mainly depends on the persons genetics, and their will and desire. Some may lose more while some may lose less; there are so many variables when it comes to losing weight so it all depends on the individual and their situation.

Secondly while Fat Loss 4 Idiots does mention a few a things about exercise the guide does not go into great depth about it. I highly recommend that you incorporate exercise into your weekly routine. Not only will you have more energy throughout but you will also lose more weight in the process.

Moving on, here are some of the pros about the program. One of the things I like best about Fat Loss 4 Idiots is that it is relatively cheap to start out. Unlike other weight loss programs, you do not have to worry about buying their expensive meals and wait for them to be shipped to your house. While many weight loss programs can easily cost you a few hundred dollars if not in the thousands a year, this weight loss program starts out at about forty bucks.

I was also pleased to find out that the program includes a vegetarian Online Diet Generator which worked out good for me, and the food is not to shabby either. Fat Loss For Idiots makes it as simple as possible for anyone to follow the diet. There is neither calorie counting nor carb counting and most importantly you will not feel hungry throughout the day like most diets. This program also teaches you how to keep the weight off even after you have finished the program which is definitely a plus in my book.
